1. Chemical ingredients
Use refined diatomite as carrier, V2O5 as the activity ingredient, alkali metals, sulphate and some oxide as accelerant. 2. Usage In the production process of sulfuric acid by contact method, sulfur dioxide is oxidized into SO3. The catalyst can be applied to the following production process of various contact methods: Burning sulfuric acid; Bake pyrites over a slow fire; Produce sulfuric acid by the smelting smoke of copper, zinc, lead, nickel and other metals; Produce sulfuric acid by wet method; Produce sulfuric acid by low concentrations of SO2.
