Chemical ingredients
Use refined diatomite as carrier, V2O5 as the activity ingredient, alkali metals, sulphate and some oxide as accelerant.

Usage
In the production process of sulfuric acid by contact method, it can be used so that sulfur dioxide is oxidized into SO3. Yuntai Shan S108 vanadium catalyst is better to used at the upper layer and end layer of industrial converter so as to reduce the operational temperature of inlet and increase the gas concentration of SO2. During a certain range of gas concentration, it can boost production and maintain higher final changing rate.
The catalyst can be applied to the following production process of various contact methods: Burning sulfuric acid; Bake pyrites over a slow fire; Produce sulfuric acid by the smelting smoke of copper, zinc, lead, nickel and other metals; Produce sulfuric acid by wet method; Produce sulfuric acid by low concentrations of SO2.

Operational temperature
The industrial firing temperature of Yun Tai Shan S108 vanadium catalyst is from 340 to 350ºC. If under the circumstances of good purification, Proper heat exchange area and high starting rate, the inlet operational temperature of one section can be 400~410ºC while the last 390~400ºC.

The operational temperature range of the catalyst is from 390 to 600ºC (avoid to be used in high temperature in a long period)
